    Your card is held, not charged

    The total is authorized when you send. If the fax can’t be delivered, the hold is released and you pay nothing.

    Once the receiving machine confirms the fax, you are charged and emailed a receipt. That’s it — no plan, no renewal.

When a plan is the better deal

Questions

Is there really no subscription?
Yes. Sending as a guest is pay-as-you-go: no account, no monthly fee and nothing to cancel. You pay for the pages of each fax, only when it is delivered.
Are there any other fees?
No. The price screen shows the exact total for your document before you pay, and that is what you're charged once the fax is delivered. A fax that can't be delivered costs nothing, and retrying it doesn't cost extra.
Can I receive faxes without a subscription?
Receiving needs a fax number of your own, which comes with a monthly plan. Sending never needs one.
Do I need to cancel anything afterwards?
No. There's nothing to cancel: each fax is a one-off payment.
